Women’s Fall Bible Study

Learn To Guard What God Has Entrusted To You

We were never meant to take this journey of faith alone or in secret. God has entrusted us with the great and mighty gift of the gospel, something too precious and life-giving to keep to ourselves.

In this 6-session Bible study, Beth will encourage you to guard what God has entrusted to you, further His kingdom by sharing Christ with others, and pour into future generations just as Paul once mentored Timothy. Because in this journey of joy and hardship, we need each other to stay the course and live lives of faithfulness.

Join us this fall as we study Entrusted:  A Study of 2 Timothy.  The study will meet at the church from 6:00-8:00 p.m. on the following nights:  September 13, 20, 27, October 5, 11, 18.  Member book is $15 and may be ordered by calling the church office.  Martha Leeper will lead the study.

Red Cross Blood Drive

The church will host a Red Cross Blood Drive on Thursday, August 11, from 1:00-6:00 p.m.  Walk-ins are welcome, but appointments are appreciated.  To make an appointment, please call the church office at 429-2033.

Have a (snow)ball at VBS this summer!

“Expedition Norway” Vacation Bible School is like taking a trip to Norway! Kids will sing catchy songs, play high-energy games, dig into yummy Norwegian treats, experience cool Bible adventures, collect Bible Memory Makers, and explore what daily life is like for kids in Norway. Plus, kids get to watch a video visit with real kids in Norway each day! Every day concludes with a Closing Celebration that gets everyone involved in living what they’ve learned.

Kids ages 3 years to completed 5th grade are invited to VBS this summer at Sharon.  Join us July 5-8 from 9:00-11:30 a.m.  Register by clicking the link below:

Join Franklin Graham for a Prayer Rally in Springfield

Because of the spiritual climate of our country, Franklin Graham is going to all 50 states with the Decision America Tour to challenge Christians across our land to boldly live out their faith and to pray fervently and faithfully for our nation. At each stop, he will also proclaim the Gospel, which has the power to transform lives. As the body of Christ, we have the opportunity to stand together in our allegiance, not to a political party but to Almighty God.

The Decision America Tour will be in Springfield, Illinois, on Tuesday, June 14, at 12:00 p.m at the Capitol Lincoln Statue Steps.
